Q. Will the lighter In the SMARTLIGHT Case heat my smartphone and destroy it? 
A. Certainly not!  We designed and engineered the SMARTLIGHT Case to be a protective case first and a lighter second. A significant amount of money and time was invested in order to produce the best protective case using the finest materials! There is a heat insulation layer behind the lighter and therefore nothing can happen to your smartphone.
 
Q. Can I resell/distribute/represent the SMARTLIGHT Case in my Area (Country, City)?
A. Sure! All you need to do is fill in this form or Email us and we'll be in touch. 
 
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of fully paid order.
 
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We offer several shipping methods. International (regular mail shipping) orders takes 15-25 business days depending on the destination country (orders might take up to 6 weeks). If you want your order to ship faster we suggest using a faster shipping method (charges may apply). 
 
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE please note that international shipments can take up to 6 weeks to arrive if using the standard shipping. We suggest selecting a shipping option which has tracking and delivery confirmation if you know your country does not have the most reliable postal service. 
  
Q. What warranty is offered with the product? 
A. All our products are covered by a 6 month return warranty. If the product is not functioning we will refund your purchase or replace it. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Note: our warranty does not cover broken products, damaged ones or a malfunction as a result of miss use. If you have an issue with your product please email us at support@smart-light.com with your original order number or purchase receipt. 
 
Q. Refund and Return Policy
A. We will be happy to refund or replace your product should it be found faulty or damaged within 14 days from the day of obtaining the product. If you require a refund or need to return your item, email support@smart-light.com and we will send you the required information.
